When registering for this event, churches need to register their students as a group. No participants under the age of 18 can come to the event on their own. They have to have a chaperone.
Every Church is allowed 1 free Leader admission. Example: If you have 12 in your group you pay for 11. Churches that are registering only have to list the names of the chaperones on the form. Please also list your FREE Leader. Indicate the total number of attendees at the bottom of the form (minus the free Leader). Churches can also add people up to the last day and at the door.
Parents

In our experience it is better when your youth participate in fund raising to attend conferences.
There are several ways to accomplish this: car washes, pancake feed, spaghetti feed (we call it a Spa-get-together) etc. Get your youth involved. Ask them for fund raising ideas. Have fun and we'll see you at the conference.
